Need I say more.’
Four fresh tortillas, cut into chip sized triangles
Lots of grated cheddar
Two teaspoons of ground paprika
A good pinch of salt
Two teaspoons of oil
A handful of chopped jalapeños
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
2.Coat the tortillas in oil, paprika and salt. Place in a oven dish on some greaseproof paper. Bake for 15 minutes until golden and crisp
3. Remove from the oven, discard the greaseproof paper. Place half your chips in the bottom of the dish, spread over half the salsa and cheese. Add on the remaining chips and top with salsa, cheese and the jalapeños
4. Bake for around 5 minutes until the cheese has all melted.
5. Serve up with some sour cream and fresh Guacamole
