Cooked Tomato Salsa

Get it:

One green pepper, diced

One onion, diced

Four tomatoes, pulp removed and diced

One can of chopped tomatoes

One clove of garlic, crushed

One teaspoon of red wine vinegar

One green chillie, seeded and diced

One jalapeno, roughly chopped

A few leaves of roughly chopped coriander

Salt and pepper to taste

 Make it:

 1. In a large saucepan cook the onion, garlic and peppers until softened

2. Add in the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Leave to simmer for 15 minutes

3. Serve hot or cold
