Zoe: ‘ The world is having a health kick, this is the era of the ‘superfood’ and what sort of food bloggers would we be if we ignored that? Our blog has a strong focus on flavour and to be honest we were not too excited about topping our toast with a bland avocado or sprinkling chia seeds over our cereal HOWEVER we gave superfood week a good go and we have to admit, sweet potatoes are pretty damn versatile.
