A week of Japanese inspired recipes

Christopher: ‘I’ve never been to Japan. All my knowledge of Japanese food comes from restaurants and reading. So therefore I am clearly an authority on Japanese cuisine and qualified to publish articles about how to cook it…

Japanese people have the longest life expectancy in the world so I feel like we should probably all start paying attention to what they’re doing. Its’ probably all the fish they eat, so in keeping with that theme I have opted to cook pork in breadcrumbs. I’m doing well right?

Hopefully you enjoy giving some of these recipes a go, if Japanese isn’t really your thing why not check out our SPANISH or FRENCH weeks. Or  keep your eyes peeled for next weeks theme… SUPER FOOD’
