Japanese people have the longest life expectancy in the world so I feel like we should probably all start paying attention to what they’re doing. Its’ probably all the fish they eat, so in keeping with that theme I have opted to cook pork in breadcrumbs. I’m doing well right?
Day 2: Yaki Soba
Day 5: Sushi
Day 6: Katsu Pork
Day 7: Teriyaki Chicken
