Christopher: ‘If you drink vodka in the morning you’re an alcoholic, but put it with some tomato juice and serve with eggs and you’ve got yourself brunch!’
This drink takes: 5 minutes (or 20 if you’ve had more than 3….)
Two parts Chilled Vodka
Five parts Tomato juice
A good glug ofWorcestershire sauce
A couple of drops Tabasco or similar hot sauce to your taste
Half a teaspoon of Celery salt
Ground black pepper
Stick of celery
1. Mix the vodka ice and tomato juice.
2. Stir in the celery salt, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
3. Top with pepper and garnish with celery and lemon.
4. Drink copiously and forget about the eggs you were cooking.
